This six-week grief support circle offers a steady space to come as you are. Not to fix, not to bypass—but to be with what’s here, in the company of others who understand.
Starts May 28, 2025

You’re not meant to go through this alone.
Grief after losing your life partner is unlike anything else. This space was created to gently hold you, connect you with others who understand, and offer tools to breathe again—at your own pace.
6 Weeks of Steady Support for Those Grieving a Spouse, Partner, or Soulmate
You’ve lost your person.
The world moved on. You didn’t.
This space is for you — not to be fixed, but to be gently held.
Grief is not a timeline.
You’ll never be rushed here. You decide how much to share, when to speak, and how to care for yourself as you move through the weeks.
What I offer is presence, a gentle structure, and trauma-informed practices that support your system—not overwhelm it.
What to Expect
Six weekly live sessions (Zoom)
Grounded in trauma-sensitive mindfulness
Guided practices and reflections
You choose how much you participate—there’s no “right way” to grieve here
Confidential, small group (limited capacity)
Led by an experienced grief and mindfulness guide
This isn’t therapy.
This is being witnessed. Gently guided.
A circle, not a fix.
What This Is
A small, professionally facilitated support group for people grieving a life partner.
We meet weekly to practice mindfulness, share (or not), and learn tools that help grief feel less chaotic.
There’s no pressure to talk.
No advice-giving.
Just a compassionate space grounded in mindfulness and lived experience..

This group is for you if:
You’ve lost your life partner — a spouse, soulmate, long-term love.
You want support, but not therapy.
You’re overwhelmed by grief’s chaos and crave steady ground.
You’d rather sit in silence than fake being okay.
You’ve outgrown platitudes and want something real.
You want tools rooted in presence, not performance.
This is not for professionals seeking certification, grief educators, or coaches.
This is for the grieving — full stop.

What You’re Really Paying For
This isn’t about six Zoom calls.
It’s about a shift—from carrying your grief alone to feeling seen, held, and accompanied.
It’s about slowing down, showing up, and building capacity in a circle that respects your pace.
Why People Join My Grief Circles
Because it’s hard to breathe.
Because you want to be with people who get it.
Because advice isn’t helping — but presence might.
Because no one talks about how lonely this is.
Because you’re not ready to “move on.”
Because you want your grief to be honored, not analyzed.
What People Say
“After losing my partner of 26 years, I didn’t want to talk to anyone. This group helped me realize I wasn’t the only one still hurting after everyone else moved on. Just listening changed something in me.”
“There was no pressure to fix anything. Just room to be.”
“The first time I exhaled fully since he died was in this group.”
“I didn’t have to explain myself. They already understood.”
Not sure if you’re ready? That’s okay. Most people aren’t. But they come anyway. And that’s where the healing starts.

This group is specifically and exclusively for individuals who are currently grieving a spouse or a partner—and who are not offering grief support to others in any capacity at this time.
If you are:
Offering grief support professionally or semi-professionally (e.g., therapist, coach, facilitator)
Sharing public grief content on social media
Running (or planning to run) support groups, circles, or educational events related to grief
…this group is not the right space for you. We deeply respect the work you're doing and understand that you too carry grief—but this group is meant to be a non-professional space, where everyone is here only for their own personal grief journey. It is also not a learning and training space.
If you are a helper, healer, educator, or someone preparing to step into that kind of role, you’re warmly invited to email me to join the waitlist for future offerings specifically designed for grief supporters and professionals.
