Book Your Appointment for 1-on-1 Support

My work as a Certified Thanatologist, Certified End-of-Life Professional, Certified Meditation Teacher and Teacher Trainer, along with my doctoral pursuit at the intersection of psychology, grief studies, mindfulness, and compassion, allows me to offer professional, compassionate support that draws on field-breaking research and practices.

Together, we create a safe and supportive space where you can release stress, find clarity, and reconnect with your inner strength. If you are looking for guidance that is gentle yet transformative—support that touches heart, mind, and body that grief has impacted—this may be exactly what you need.

I do not provide clinical services. You are welcome to combine those with my work if you wish. Often, counselors recommend their clients to work with me alongside seeing them. Please feel free to check with your counselor before signing up for any of my services.

You can schedule your appointment below, for 30 or 60 minutes. Payment is required before confirming the appointment. Please follow the instructions on screen after clicking on “BOOK”.

If you are interested to have a longer term 1-on-1 support, and we find out we are a good match, I offer extended individualized services.

Cost of living adjustment for services: If you reside full time in certain countries that may require cost of living adjustment, please let me know before booking and I will send you the adjusted prices to be able to help serve you.

If you are setting an appointment for the first time with me, you may wish to take advantage of my Grief Care Starter Package.

  • Like other professionals in helping roles I charge for my time so that I can continue providing this support in a sustainable and dedicated way.

Below are my professional rates and information on how to book an appointment.

My pricing is based on fair and thoughtful considerations, taking into account the quality of services and expertise I provide. In the 1:1 sessions, I offer support tailored to your needs. You may visit this this link to learn more about my philosophy and practice of right livelihood.

I know that many who visit this page have been through deep loss and I recognize how much pain and tenderness accompany grief. When we are hurting it is natural for strong emotions to surface. Grief can make the world feel unfair and unkind. If you are looking for free services, I understand and recommend you to work with your local church and/or hospital based groups, as well as counseling services that take insurance.

I wish you comfort and understanding as you continue to heal and hope you find the care and resources that best meet your needs.
