Each group offers gentle mindfulness-based practices, shared reflection, and structure that supports—not overwhelms.
You’ll be welcomed as you are. No pressure to perform, fix, or “move on.” Just presence, compassion, and the steady support of a small, guided group.

Please note: These groups are only for individuals who are personally grieving. We do not offer grief support for those who are in a role of providing grief support for others (e.g., caregivers, professional support workers, etc.). If you are offering grief support to others—whether professionally, via social media, or elsewhere—you can email us to be placed on a waitlist for upcoming events. This space is dedicated to those who are personally navigating their own grief journey.

Most grief support groups are open share circles. This is different. These groups offer guided structure, trauma-sensitive facilitation, and weekly themes to gently support emotional processing—without pressure.
It’s not therapy, but it’s more than a drop-in group. -
Not at all. This space is open to people of all spiritual backgrounds (or none). Nothing is imposed. Mindfulness and compassion are offered as universal practices—not tied to any religion or philosophy.
-
These groups are for anyone who has experienced the loss of a spouse, partner, or parent (one or both). Grief does not have an expiration date—so whether your loss is recent or years ago, you’re welcome.
If you’ve been told you may be experiencing complicated grief or feel unsure whether a group setting is right for you, let’s talk. I may recommend a few 1:1 sessions first to ensure this space can fully support your needs.

That’s okay. Grief has its own timing. You can join the waitlist, or email at info@griefcircles,com if you’d like to ask questions or talk it through.
🕊️ You’re welcome here—exactly as you are.
These groups aren’t about fixing or moving on. They’re about moving with grief—with presence, with care, and in community.
If that speaks to your heart, I hope you’ll join us.
💵 Pricing Tiers
To support accessibility while honoring the depth of work involved, I offer two pricing tiers based on an honor system and a third voluntary benefactor tier towards scholarship fund and community rates.
🌿 Standard Rate
For Annual Household Income $75,000 and Above
$425
This rate reflects the full value of the offering, including the 6 weekly group sessions (75 minutes each) and the 30-minute private session. For those who have the financial resources to invest in their healing, this rate ensures that the program continues to be sustainable and available for others.
🌱 Reduced Rate
For Annual Household Income Under $75,000
$350
This rate ensures the program is accessible to individuals who need support but may not have the financial resources to pay full price. It includes the 6 weekly group sessions (75 minutes each). Limited spaces are available at this price to maintain a high level of support for each participant.
🌼 Benefactor Rate
$550
For those who can contribute a higher amount, the benefactor rate helps fund scholarships for those who cannot afford the program. By choosing this rate, you are directly supporting those in need, while still receiving the same 6 weekly group sessions and 30-minute private session.
Each tier includes the same level of care:
✓ 30-minute private session before the group meetings begin
✓ 6 weekly 75-minute group sessions
✓ Supportive weekly practices and prompts
✓ Option for one 60-minute 30% discounted 1-on-1 session during or after the group
💡 This is not a sliding scale—just a simplified, trust-based way to make this work more accessible.
You are welcome to choose the tier that feels right for you, no proof of income required.
