Reflecting on Life - Life Review

In truth, we are all on our way to the end of our lives. Sometimes, we know of this fact more specifically and can anticipate with more certainty.

The push and pull of life, illness, suffering are part of life. Death is part of life. Bearing witness to our living and dying is the most precious gift we can offer one another. It is ok to allow a guide to gently walk you through the process, if this is your first experience facing death, not only yours, but also of those close to you. There is only love and respect with tenderness in this space. May Love carry you through the challenges in its wings.

With Kindest Wishes of Ease and Peace.

“...my personal experience creating a living document of my life experiences with you, was profoundly positive. While it was just a snapshot of random pieces of my life and of some meaningful emotions or interpretations that I want others to know, it brought up a full spectrum of emotions - mostly love - that flooded through my veins and wanted to be said and heard. It felt empowering and even exciting, to be given the opportunity to express these emotions, in a safe and utterly compassionate space.”

* Covid19 UPDATE: Such tender heaviness of isolation during end-of-life and grief! I am available over the phone and online during this time to support your needs. Please contact me and we will determine together how best to support you or your loved one’s needs.

If you or a loved one are nearing end-of-life, once you reach out, we can chat about the best ways to support you through.
