About Right Livelihood
In my work as a grief guide, it’s important to me that I offer services with both integrity and sustainability. Right livelihood is about living in alignment with my values—offering care with compassion, while also sustaining myself and my family through meaningful work.
Grief support—especially the kind I offer, rooted in mindfulness and compassion—requires not only time and emotional presence, but also years of training, professional development, and lived experience. I have dedicated thousands of hours to learning, practicing, and refining healing approaches that are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and deeply supportive.
I charge a fair price for my services in exchange for earning a living that meets daily standards. While I aim to support as many people as possible, I also need to be respectful of my time, effort, and capacity—while supporting my own household.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I provided a significant amount of free and pro bono support to individuals and communities locally, nationally, and internationally. At this time, I no longer offer free services or groups, but I continue to provide low-cost offerings and maintain a limited scholarship fund, supported by benefactor-level purchases from those able to give more.
My work is a unique integration of time-tested modalities, spiritual and emotional practices, and professional knowledge—grounded in thousands of hours of study, facilitation, and deep listening. I offer it in good faith, with the hope that it may become a meaningful part of your grief journey.
If this particular path is not accessible for you at this time, I truly hope you will find support through your local spiritual centers, healthcare teams, or mental health professionals. Everyone deserves care. If you are in a position to give more, please consider contributing at the highest rate to help fund scholarship access for others in grief.
Thank you for being here. I honor the weight of your grief and the path you are walking.
