Healing Circles have been used by the indigenous people across the land for a long time. Mindfulness and compassion practices were introduced by the Buddha over 2,500 years ago. Support Groups have been around since more recently. It was created after deep research and study into the nature of grief, how best to accompany it, and inviting in the potential of healing, from the onset. This program was created long before a pandemic swept the world and the concept of grief became a household name. Join and learn from the original Mindful Grief Circles program and MCCG program.

Unique Approach

Navigating Grief with the pillars of Mindfulness, Compassion and Community

Grief Circles was created in 2014 by Yasemin Isler as a refuge, hope and possibilities for healing through grief, using the foundations of her program Mindfulness, Compassion and Community for Grief(MCCG).

MCCG program was developed for moving through grief, for healing and connecting with life.

Welcoming you with tender heart!

“Turning towards grief may be contradictory yet what opens the door to healing.”
