We all need some respite and calm in our day. Depending on where you are on your grief journey, or what has brought you here, there is a chance this is even more needed for you. Grief is ever changing, as you may have experienced it yourself.

I have many other meditations, but sometimes it is not necessary to inundate ourselves with too many things.

So, take a pause, get yourself as comfortable and relaxed as possible while also staying alert.

That means, see if you can make yourself comfortable but not so much that you will go to sleep. And if you fall asleep during this or any meditation, be gentle with yourself and enjoy the rest.
