Mindfulness Based Grief Support Rooted in Compassion
The Big Picture
Many grieving people do not want formal therapy right away or at all. My offerings create space for depth, presence, and choice. They are especially supportive for those who want to feel gently companioned in their grief.
A Whole-Person Approach
Some people prefer not to be clinically treated. Others choose to accompany their therapy with a whole-person approach. I have supported many therapists, both in their professional work with grieving clients and in their own personal loss. The landscape of grief therapy is familiar to me. I also recognize that Western therapeutic models do not always meet the full needs of grief. Most clinicians receive limited training in this area.
Clear Options, Transparent Pricing
Below, I offer several options that have been well received. I include fees with transparency, so you know what you are choosing without guesswork. Some may feel that grief support should be freely available. I understand that response and offer this as one thoughtful and committed path among many. The fees reflect deep consideration and alignment with the principle of right livelihood, supporting work that often falls outside the center of traditional care but deserves focused attention.
Depth of Experience
I bring over 2,000 hours of professional and certification training, along with graduate-level academic work in grief, end-of-life care, mindfulness, and compassion-based practices. I have also developed a unique framework for grief support, shaped by what I have witnessed and learned while walking alongside thousands of individuals in their grief.
There’s no right way to grieve. There’s only your way. I offer three gentle paths to support you when you’re ready.
