We may keep ourselves busy in service of avoiding the pain. We often have to start figuring out how to do this grief thing on our own.

In this package, you will have the support structures put in place to get you grounded and started, so you do not have to start from scratch. Each person’s life experiences and grief that bring them here are unique. We all grieve and have many similar responses to loss. We also need personalized caring and attention, to be honest with ourselves about what will support us the most and how.
What is Included in the Grief Care Starter?
A 60-minute personalized guidance session:
We will meet via Zoom, face-to-face through our computer screens. Regardless where you are around the world. we can have this as 1 x 60-minute session or 2 x 30-minute sessions over a period of two weeks.
Meditations for Grief:
You will have lifetime access to eight carefully curated grief-sensitive mediations, along with video instruction on supporting yourself through guided meditation practices and through daily living.
Email Support for 2 weeks:
Once we have our 1-on-1 session, you will have support for limited check-ins and questions. Depending on the length of email discussions and needs, this may be just what is right or you may need more 1-on-1 sessions.
BONUS 2: Additionally, you will receive a 20% discount on all other services or online courses that you may purchase over the next 12 months. You will receive the code after our initial meeting.
